Basically, thermoforming heats a large heat of plastic until it becomes pliable, then the plastic is tugged, pulled and lifted into a shape in a process similar to clay modeling. As you can imagine, thermoforming provides limited options to manufacture plastic, as not many shapes and designs are possible with semisolid pieces of plastic in less heat intensity.
